- Lead a team of Thermal Customer Engineers: Motivate, schedule, and guide your team to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage your knowledge to provide solutions and assist your team with complex technical issues.
- Become a Customer Champion: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and ensure complete satisfaction.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate records, reports, and timesheets, adhering to all OH&S regulations.
- Possesses a Mechanical Trade Certificate, Restricted Electrical License, and Refrigerant Handling License.
- Has a proven track record of leading and motivating a field service team in the critical cooling industry.
