Job Description

Due to ongoing growth we have a unique opportunity for a self motivated Field Service Technician/TA to provide on site servicing to our valued clients all across Australia. This role will require you to undertake extensive travel throughout the year with the remainder of your time being spent in the Welshpool WA, workshop assisting in new equipment builds. 

The main responsibilities will be servicing, fault-finding and breakdown requests however tasks do also include but are not limited to:

• Identify and preparing all required parts and equipment to carry out service jobs
• Carry out onsite repairs.
• Completion and uploads of all service documentation using designated system.
• Complete daily Service Report, with attention to accuracy and detail of executed work and working times undertaken.
• Ensures all Service Reports for workshop work is detailed, includes start/finish times.
• Liaises daily with Service Supervisor on recently completed, imminent and planned jobs.
• Ensures all equipment and tooling used is kept clean and in safe working order.
• Contributes positively to business operations and to opportunities to improve business processes.
• Travel when required.
• Performs other duties as directed from time to time to meet Bost Group business and operational requirements.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Australian Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
• Experience in a similar role will be looked upon favorably 
• Competent level of electrical knowledge
• High focus on quality & attention to detail
• Analytical/problem solving skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to travel to multiple sites
