The Role
Working part time, Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day, you will aid our Service Manager by providing technical support and excellent service to customers and colleagues in the areas of product maintenance and use. To provide a high standard of repairs, servicing, and other maintenance tasks, you will be based at our Head Office in Nunawading. In addition to the above, you will also be required to -
Accurately enter product surveillance data into the Product Surveillance Database
Ensure adequate service part levels are maintained
Support sales staff responding to technical inquiries to facilitate the provision of effective customer service
Diagnose errors/technical problems and follow correct troubleshooting process to rectify issues
Provide repair quotations for customers and complete invoicing of repair jobs
Follow all the Company's servicing documentation, procedures and protocols
Perform electrical safety testing
About you
With a relevant qualification and at least 2 years of medical equipment repair experience, you will have a sound knowledge of the medical equipment management standards. It is preferable that you also hold a certificate in electrical safety testing. You will also offer proven customer service skills along with strong numeracy and literacy as well as being competent in the use of Microsoft Office. SAP experience is preferred but not essential.
