About Our Client
Our client is a global water technology provider helping their customers solve the world toughest water challenges across utility, industrial, commercial, and residential markets worldwide.
WorkPac is seeking a Service Technician who will be required to conduct scheduled and emergency service work strip, overhaul, repair, test and inspect various Xylem systems and products, including Treatment, Flygt / Godwin and other pumps, mixers and pump station commissioning and inspections consistent with standards and established procedures to meet customer requirements.
What You Will Be Doing
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing service reports, repairing, monitoring and installing equipment as well as inspecting and testing products prior to dispatch to customers. Located in Yarrawonga, you will be working Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4pm (half day Friday). Some overtime is offered if desired.
What You Will Need
Minimum of 3-5 years hand on experience working in a mechanical and/or electrical fitting environment and control system experience
Qualified Electrical tradesperson
Current Driver's Licence
Forklift licence and confined space accreditation desirable
PLC knowledge is an advantage
