Join a well-known not for profit organisation to lead their IT Service Transition. Reporting into the Service Desk Manager, you will be responsible for baselining, uplifting and improving transition, service, asset and configuration processes.
This role will see you take responsibility for the design, implementation and delivery of tools and processes for the services transition process. The day-to-day aspects of this role will include providing Service Transition Leadership, implement proper ITIL practices, manage IT assets, building a roadmap, managing risk and much more.
**This is a fully remote position for candidates based across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and ACT.
Must Have Requirements:
-Experience leading or managing IT Service Transition processes
-Experience creating and overseeing Transition, Asset and Configuration Management processes
-ITIL experience
-Experience with cloud application services
