We are currently looking for casual motivated legends to join our Service Tribe team at MXstore! What is the Service Tribe team? This team consists of 3 departments within our business: Warehouse Storeworkers, Customer Service Representatives and our Showroom Team Members.

A bit about these roles in our Service Tribe Team:
Customer Service Team Member:
- Experience in customer service and delivering service beyond expectation to our customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both customers and internal staff
- Sound computer skills including proficiency in using Microsoft work, excel and outlook
Showroom Team Member:
- Ensuring every customer leaves the showroom with the right gear for their needs
- Provide excellent customer service and genuine connections with our customers over a shared obsessions with bikes
- Helping with click and collect orders by picking customers orders in our warehouse
'Service beyond expectations' has its foundations in our core values, so it's critical that our Showroom Team Members and Customer Service Team Members understand and truly live by these values in their day-to-day work in these departments!
Warehouse Team Member:
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Assisting with stock take and inventory control
- Be able to work in all four departments of the warehouse: inbound, efficiency, pick and packing
The following attributes, skills and experience will be highly advantageous in our Service Tribe:
- Experience with e-commerce customer management
- Effective organisational skills in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Experience within retail or customer service industry
- Experience or interest in the motorcycle industry
- Experience with multi-channel selling
Hours: Casual (rotating roster, including weekends)
Award rate: We pay above the casual award rates and fall under the General Retail Industry Award. There are opportunities to earn higher rates for specialist/leadership responsibilities!
- Our Team Members in all three departments of the Service Tribe are rostered on a casual basis, so shifts will vary depending on the volume of orders as well as performance
- You must be flexible and available to work as needed across a 7-day rotating roster (7am-5.30pm weekdays, 9am-5pm Saturday, 9am-5pm Sunday)
