Service, Warranty and Retention Advisor

This role would suit an experienced Service Advisor, who is looking for a change in roles and scenery.

My client owns and operates a dealership located in central QLD. They are looking for a Senior Service Advisor, who is looking for a change of scenery and lifestyle. This unique position would utilise your skills as a Service, Warranty and Retention Advisor. This role can be completed within the dealership or as a hybrid role.
Your role would have you responsible for customer retention, warranties and some fleet administration for this family owned dealership.
The town of Biloela is located 120km inland from the port city of Gladstone. With a population of over 6,000 people, the economy is driven by pastoral and agricultural enterprises and the local coalmines. The town is host to many festivals and events along with frequent exhibitions. It is also home to Callide Dam, which offers great camping, boating and even better fishing. This friendly town gives you the perfect opportunity to escape the city and have a lifestyle change.
To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership setting
• Have full Australian working rights
• Strong administration skills
• The ability to work in an autonomously, as well as part of a team
• Experience with warranty claims
• Strong customer service skills
• The ability to work to deadlines

In return you will be offered a base salary, plus monthly commissions. As previously mentioned, this role has the capacity to be completed as a hybrid role, with 4 days from home and 1 day per week in the dealership. Future career growth is on offer, with this dealer preferring to promote internally.
