What we are looking for:
>5 years experience in a ServiceNow development
>5 years experience working in a DevOps delivery team
Hold ServiceNow System Administrator or similar certification
Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow ITAM
Capabilities / Certifications in at least one of the following is desirable: ITOM, service mapping and discovery, ITSM, SPM, Service Portal, and IntegrationHub
Demonstrated expertise in DevOps ways of working, tooling, and processes
Experience designing, deploying and operating ServiceNow in an enterprise-scale, multi-vendor IT Service Management environment
Lead and develop the skills of a team of junior developers
Understanding of IT infrastructure operations.
