Your opportunity
As a casual Services Attendant at Westfield Knox, you will be part of our Parking Experience team. You will be proactive, hands-on and dedicated to maintaining exceptional standards of customer service in an ever-changing environment.

- Being empowered to rectify and resolve customer issues that may arise while on shift.
- Maintain car park equipment in a good condition and working order (Boom gates, Automated Pay Machines, Visual Messaging Screens, etc)
- Perform traffic management in the car park when congestion and traffic flow issues arise (industry recognized training provided)
- Providing assistance, directions and information to customers in a busy retail environment, including in the car park.
Your checklist
- Previous work experience in a customer facing role, ideally within a car parking or retail environment
- Experience interacting with customers from all backgrounds, and an ability to achieve a high level of service that consistently meets and exceeds the expectations of our customers
- An ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work across a 7-day dynamic roster, including weekends and Public Holidays
- Able to use the Microsoft Office Suit to perform day to day administrative duties
- To be considered for a Car Park position, a drivers' license is required to operate the company vehicle
This is a casual position offering 15-20+ hours per week and is the perfect chance to shine, gain valuable experience get your foot in the door for a career at Scentre Group.
All successful candidates will be required to complete a medical assessment and need to be comfortable to walk up to 10,000 steps per shift and feel at ease on their feet for up to 8 hours. We will be using email as the primary method of communication; please ensure you check your emails regularly to monitor the progress of your application.
