Job Summary:
The Guest Service Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests visiting the facility. This role involves greeting guests, addressing their needs throughout their visit, monitoring facility experiences, administering first aid when necessary, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the reception area and facilities. This role can be either Part - time, Full Time or Casual with overnight hours required: 10:15pm - 6:15am shift times.

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures according to standard operating procedures.
- Handle general reception administrative tasks such as check-ins, sales transactions, reporting, answering phone calls.
- Monitor pool temperatures and flow for cleanliness.
- Maintain chlorine levels within specified ranges.
- Administer first aid when required.
- Evaluate first aid procedures and conduct risk assessments as needed.
- Ensure reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
Guest Service:
-Greet arriving guests and provide assistance with inquiries while delivering high-quality customer service.
-Provide information about Peninsula Hot Springs facilities including packages, retail products,
and facility guidelines.
-Demonstrate strong product knowledge to guests and continue training on products/experiences offered.
Qualifications and experience:
- Previous experience in customer service
- First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain First Aid Qualifications
