Rentokil Initial has an exciting new opportunity for a Services Trainer to join our Operations team and support our Hygiene Division in our Sydney branch. This role, which is based at our Lidcombe office is crucial to our business success!

- Oversee the training and development of frontline staff
- Support the safe and legal operation of our business including our audit process
- Support the branch in the full delivery of high-service standards
- Conduct and organise the training and development activities
- Support the onboarding, induction and ongoing training processes throughout the Service Technician's development cycle
- Support all Hygiene teams where there are vacancies to achieve state-of-service
- Maintain a monthly calendar of infield training with new and existing technicians
- Have monthly meetings with Line service managers to provide feedback on their technician's progress
- Support with anonymous quality audits
- Support with spare vehicle inspections and fleet services
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Demonstrable experience in continuous improvement and success in enhancing and streamlining business processes
- Training and coaching experience
- The ability to network and engage with all levels of the organisation
- A passion to learn, the ability to listen to your stakeholders and the drive to deliver results
