My client is a well-established and reputable company that has been a prominent player in the settlements space for many years. With a personal approach, relationship building, and client satisfaction being at the forefront, they have a strong track record and a solid reputation in the industry.
Due to ongoing success and their referral business going strong, they are expanding their team and seeking an experienced Settlement Agent/conveyancer agent to manage current and new businesses.

The Position, but not limited to

• Manage a small portfolio of circa 25 files per month | Growth if desired *size dependent on experience, opportunity for lower*
• Preparation of all documentation for settlement, liaising with Landgate, title and encumbrances searches, receipting funds from clients etc
• Develop new and existing client relationships & liaise with all parties
