The Settlements Manager is responsible for managing client liaison and stakeholder follow-up, working under the guidance of the Senior Settlements Manager.
Primary Responsibilities * Client Liaison: Build and sustain relationships with purchasers, acting as a reliable point of contact.
- Stakeholder Follow-up: Coordinate communication with stakeholders, including builder and developer partners.
- Financial Assistance: Assist with financing options, liaising with brokers, and facilitating smooth transactions.
- Inspection Facilitation: Assist with valuation and purchaser inspections.
- Quality Assurance: Support defect identification and resolution.
- Communication Management: Ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
- Report to Senior Settlements Manager: Work closely with the Senior Settlements Manager, aligning with organizational goals.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in property settlements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
