Shared Services Manager | Sydney Cbd | $165,000 + Super + Bonus

Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Shared Services Manager located in Sydney. The Shared Services Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the Shared Services internalization project in line with our Purpose, Vision, Strategy and Values. This role ensures the efficient and effective delivery of services to multiple departments and stakeholders. This role requires leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of Shared Services principles and best practices.

About you:

• Have directly managed a Shared services team previously.
• Having worked on implementing changes, automation and/or process improvement projects.
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer service focus.
• Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Self-motivation, confidence, attention to detail.
• Preferably Finance or Property background will be highly regarded.
