About the role

We have an opportunity for a Manager, Placement Services to be part of our HRTS Placement Services team, Shared Services. The Manager, Placement Services provides direction, supervision, support and expert advice to the team and stakeholders in recruitment, assignment, mobility and contingent labour services to ensure the service delivery and compliance across NSW Police Force. The Manager - Placement Services also drives continuous improvement of recruitment related activities to meet business requirements, service level agreements, legislative reform and industry best practice.

You will be strong and experienced with Change Management in a Talent/Recruitment environment, have strong relationship management skills, adept at process review, experienced leader, coach and mentor and experienced with KPI’s and reporting. Any candidates with skills around Taleo, Success Factors, Service NOW or data reporting and analysis, would be highly regarded.
