Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: $53.72 per hour (plus penalties)
Allowances: $3 per hour site allowance and a $25.50 per day travel allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate, assemble, and install Sheet metal components using varied materials such as stainless steel, galvanized steel, and aluminium.
- Work with cryogenic materials and equipment, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.
- Operate and maintain Sheet metal machinery and equipment.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Trade qualification as a Sheet Metal Worker.
- Proven experience working with varied materials, including stainless steel, galvanized steel, and aluminium.
- Experience with cryogenics and knowledge of associated safety procedures.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
