Founded in Denmark 1973, Nordfab are proudly celebrating almost 50 years of service in the Clean Air industry. Today we have manufacturing facilities in Europe, UK, USA, and Asia and Australia and we are now looking for someone to be a part of our growing, global business.
The Role
Nordfab is in a state of growth within Australia, therefore we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team player to join our Sefton based team as a Sheet Metal Worker.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the Production team on all aspects of the production process
- Ensuring the highest possible quality production of client orders
- Delivering quality fabrication of Sheet Metal ducting for various projects across various industries
- Performing MIG welding, TIG welding, fabrication and assembly work to meet required specifications
- Using appropriate machinery and software applications to complete assigned tasks
About You
This is a great opportunity for someone who demonstrates:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in Sheet Metal Work
- Competence in MIG and TIG welding, fabrication and assembly work
- Ability to interpret technical drawings
- Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations
- A high level of pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- Time management skills
- A team based approach
- A strong work ethic
- A drivers licence and forklift licence (mandatory)
