Purpose of the Position
To provide a safe, care orientated environment which persons found intoxicated in public may sober up in safety.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGEEssential:
- Ability to communicate with Indigenous people from different communities and interest groups.
- Basic Computer knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a community-based organisation.
- Ability to work out of hours and on a roster basis.
- Cross cultural sensitivity and understanding of issues affecting Aboriginal Communities and people.
- Demonstrate a high commitment to Aboriginal Social and Emotional Wellbeing and customer service.

- Current C Class Drivers Licence.
- Valid Working with Children Check (WA).
- National Criminal History Check Certificate (Police Clearance - valid within 3 months).
- Current CPR certificate.
