Shelter Brewing Co. is looking for a Functions Coordinator to take ownership and grow with our team.
Driven by proud locals and a passion for great beer, Shelter Brewery is to provide an escape all year round from the noise of today.
We need a passionate, creative, authentic professional who loves hosting all events from small get-togethers to big affairs and ensure customers always feel at home in the venue.
Reporting directly to the Venue Manager, here's a bit about the role:
- Be the go to person for organising all the details of functions and events from enquiry to completion
- Actively drive new business and event opportunities
- Help develop internal processes
- Quickly build rapport with customers and develop long lasting relationships with the community
A few things you’ll need to have:
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
- A genuine passion for customer service
- Ability to be agile and think quickly to provide solutions
- Hospitality and events management experience favourable, though not necessary as your enthusiasm will be highly regarded
