The Role Reporting into the Shift Supervisor and working a 12hr rotating shift (6am- 6pm & 6pm-6am) the key responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to: Maintaining safety, quality, and manufacturing standards Operating high speed machinery including: performing changeovers troubleshooting machine adjustments basic maintenance tasks Key Responsibilities Attending to mechanical breakdowns on shift Reading & following SOP's Contributing to our approach of continuous improvement and helping to achieve world class operational performance When required: provide high level trouble shooting of process problems preventative maintenance tasks assist in necessary modifications technical assistance to reduce production equipment downtime and spoilage assist in machinery changeovers monitoring machinery and resolving issues About You What we are looking for Fitter qualification 3 years mechanical maintenance experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment Excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical which includes drug & alcohol testing Availability to work across 12 hours rotating shift patterns How to Apply Click on the APPLY NOW link below Please note that only applications with the right to live and work in Australia will be considered for this position.
