The Role:

• Experience a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same.
• Provide essential administrative support to Port Services operations, encompassing various tasks such as invoicing processes and more.
• Meticulously plan and coordinate vessel operations mainly in Newcastle and its surrounding ports.
• Collaborate with government authorities, vendors, and industry bodies.
• Represent the interests of our valued customers.
• Be prepared for occasional out-of-hours and weekend work to ensure task completion.

Location/Department:

• Based in Newcastle.
• Reporting to the Ships Agency Operations Manager in Newcastle.

Who You Are:

• Independent, driven, and dependable with a focus on results.
• Experience or exposure to the Shipping Industry or Port environment is desirable, but not essential.
• A problem solver who can handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Committed to safety, compliance, and wellness.
• Must have a valid permit to work in Australia, a driver's license, and actual driving experience.
• Eligible to apply for a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC).
