RIB Rescue has been established for over ten years and has grown substantially due to a demand in the industry. We are seeking a professional, motivated & experienced shipwright to join our dynamic team.
We have a niche market and an excellent reputation in a busy industry.
As a one stop shop our people are exposed to a diverse range of activities, which keeps daily tasks interesting and unique.
Qualifications & experience
- Shipwright / Marine spray painter
Tasks & responsibilities
- Everyday tasks - Fiberglass and gelcoat repairs, maintenance & modifications
- Structural and non-structural finish to a high standard. Largely on superyachts tenders and high-end trailer boats.
- Smaller, shorter projects- No boat building
- Repairs may include small modifications and improvements to larger structural repairs, customizations of existing GRP structures are also common.
- Learning & getting exposed to all aspects of our boat repair & maintenance work.
