We are one of Australia’s most trusted luxury boat brokers, specialising in Jeanneau, Wellcraft, Four Winns and Maritimo Luxury Motor Yachts. With a separate Service Division, we have plenty of shipwright work to be done. We are a friendly, tight-knit team who strongly value comradery and positive attitudes. 

We have offices at D’Albora Marina, The Spit, Mosman, The Quays Marina in Church Point and a workshop in Cromer. 

Key Duties will be:

• Structural and cosmetic FRP repairs
• 2 pack paint repairs
• Minor 12v part replacements
• Installation of local options
• Cutting in instruments
• Timber repairs to internal joinery
• Plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Water leak identification
• Through hull fitting installation and replacements

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Have experience as a professional shipwright
• Be friendly, professional, and energetic
• Be safety conscious 
• Have adequate communication skills to effectively liaise with other marine trades
• Have a can-do attitude, strong work ethic and take pride in a job well done
• Display a high level of initiative and exceptional time management skills
• Be well-presented with outstanding attention to detail and respect for client’s vessels
• Hold a current non-restricted licence and own a vehicle with the ability to travel between offices, workshops and to various locations of client’s vessels
• Have the right to work in Australia
• Hold a current boat licence

Desired but not essential:

• Experience driving boats of all sizes
• Forklift licence
