Shire Liasion - Residential - $65k-$70k + super

The Company:
One of Perth's multi-award-winning Residential Home Builders is seeking an experienced Shire Liaison Consultant to join their growing operations team. 

The Opportunity:
Our client is looking for an exceptional driven individual who is approachable, caring, and possesses a professional personality. The right candidate will have experience in Shires, Maintenance Liasion, and or has worked for a Residential Building supplier.

• Managing all matters related to contract approvals (shire/developers/water authority)
• Completing Building permit, Water applications and Insurance applications
• Addressing miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 1+ years of relevant residential industry experience
• Experience in Shires, Maintenance, Contracts, Client liaison and or Prestart 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
