SalaryWe are a small outdoor Shoe repair business based in Gungahlin that has an opening for 2 casual positions. No experience needed, however if you have done woodwork or are handy with tools it will be an advantage.
Job 1 – Machinist
Pay range $30-$35 per hour + Super
10-12 hours per week
Times of operation are flexible from 10am – 4pm, Tuesday to Friday
Duties include:
- Stripping the rubber soles off shoes
- Sanding rubber sheets on machinery
Job 2 – Assistant
Pay range $23-$30 per hour + Super
Hours and times are flexible, around 5-8 hours per week
Duties included
- Sanding and cutting of rubber sheets
- Preparing orders for repair
- Packaging of orders for post
- Cleaning
