On the job training will be provided however any experience in the Tech industry or customer service is preferred.
The ideal person should be comfortable managing daily tasks and exhibit attention to detail, have the ability to effectively communicate and should enjoy working with technology.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fielding inbound phone calls and enquires
- Ordering stock
- Sending emails
Duties and Responsibilities Once Trained:
- Troubleshooting of Windows issues, network printers, wireless networks, android issues, ios and mac issues.
- Repairing mobile Devices
- Repairing Hardware Devices
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Other related duties as assigned by the business Manager
Prerequisites and Skills:
- Available Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00
- Have a current drivers license
- Must be extremely reliable.
- Any Relative Certification (preferred but not necessary)
- Have 3 Non family member contactable references.
