An exciting casual Customer Service & Sales opportunity has become available to join our dynamic team. This position would suit a professional, well-presented and enthusiastic individual possessing a strong commitment to outstanding service.
You will be required to work with new and established customers, with enquiries over the telephone and email.
No two days are the same in this Customer Service role!

You will be responsible for:
- Inbound and outbound client liaison via telephone and email.
- Outbound calls to customers to book in service work
- Offer service agreements, promotions, incentives etc to customers
- Updating and maintenance of client database with a focus on data integrity
- Managing paperwork for contacts
- Liaise with all company employees
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of statistics
- Diary scheduling of field service work
