In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the shop, covering areas like:
- Customer service.
- Shop productivity and profitability.
- Maintaining quality standards.
- Quote writing.
- Managing staff.
- Dealing with assessors.
- Liaising with suppliers.
- Reporting to head office on all matters, including P&L (in partnership with the Bookkeeper)
- Engaging in leadership and training programs such as attending manager's meetings.
Do you need to come from the automotive repair industry to apply?
