Shop Manager - Based in Ferntree Gully

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the shop, covering areas like:

• Customer service.
• Shop productivity and profitability. 
• Maintaining quality standards.
• Quote writing.
• Managing staff.
• Dealing with assessors.
• Liaising with suppliers.
• Reporting to head office on all matters, including P&L (in partnership with the Bookkeeper)
• Engaging in leadership and training programs such as attending manager's meetings. 

Do you need to come from the automotive repair industry to apply?
