The Organisation
Factory located in Northern Sydney. The company are an industry leader in the joinery fitout space. With over 20 years in business, they have surpassed the time of time delivering quality in all that they do. An award winner in the shopfitting and commercial office fitout space. It is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who is looking for their next challenge!
The Role

• Oversee all aspects of Shopfitting Projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met within specified timelines and budgets
• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and address any issues or delays promptly
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets effectively, track expenses, and negotiate with suppliers to optimise costs while maintaining quality
• Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful project outcomes
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing progress reports, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all project personnel.

The Requirements

• Trade Qualification in Shopfitting or Joinery is essential
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Shopfitting Trade, minimum of 2 years experience
• Strong knowledge of shopfitting processes, materials, and techniques
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Full working rights in Australia
