Achieve annual product portfolio sales targets in your territory by executing territory management plans, fostering and developing strong customer advocates for products and new products to market. Provide valuable input to the business development of sales and the execution of the annual marketing strategy to bring first-time products to market. Develop and cultivate key relationships with new customers specializing in Sports Medicine and continue to build current customer relationships within the Shoulder Arthroplasty field. Offer technical and surgical support to surgeons during operations, conduct in-service training, and ensure proper equipment handling.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: 2+ years of Shoulder Arthroplasty experience.
- Education & Skills: Tertiary qualifications in science or business discipline; experience in Medical Device Technology.
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales negotiation, territory planning, and business development or experience as a clinical support/specialist working within a theatre setting.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with medical/hospital markets.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office with strong presentation skills.
- Analytical Ability: Capable of interpreting financial and clinical data.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with both internal and external customers.
