Leveraging your networks in the architecture and design community while simultaneously servicing walk-in clients and end consumers. You will work one-on-one with a designer or consumer in the morning, then host a group of key accounts in the late afternoon with french champagne and canapes.
You take pride in delivering an outstanding showroom experience and excellent customer service. Your love of refinement and detail pays dividends while you are liaising with consumers, retail partners, designers and architects. Your personal organisation and quiet hustle will elevate customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. This showroom role is mainly Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and evening work.
This role has the potential to lead to further career development into field sales roles based on performance. In addition, you have access to staff discounts, ongoing training and development, along with recognition for great results.

Your responsibilities...
- Deliver an exceptional brand experience befitting client guests and brand partners
- Professional consultations and advice; liaison with consumer prospects, retail partners, designers and architects
- Co-ordination of opportunities to bring clients into the showroom and provide an outstanding brand experience
- Provide product presentations to highlight key product features
- Support retail partners to maximise sales conversions
- Execution of events, launches, and functions
- Administration, use for CRM, preparation of quotes, follow-ups and coordination of showroom bookings
- Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends
Your skills & experience
- Experience working in a luxury retail environments is essential
- Poise, communication and presentation skills that befit the luxury experience
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and outstanding follow up and administration skills
- Exposure to courting architects and interior designers in a showroom environment
- An understanding of kitchen design or appliances is ideal, but not essential
