Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in the Sydney CBD. The Showroom Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of SHOWROOM OPERATIONS, including customer service, sales, and inventory and logistics management. Reporting directly into the MD you must have amazing communication, people management , administration and team management skills with great energy and not be afraid to get your hands dirty!
Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience in retail /hospitality management, SHOWROOM OPERATIONS, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and staff.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and service strategies.
- Ability to manage and motivate your team to achieve sales goals and meet operational objectives.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- An analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
- Experience in kitchenware an advantage
Must have legal right to work in Australia.
