Showroom Receptionist- Part Time

North Shore BMW currently have a Part-time opportunity available for a passionate individual, 4-5 days a week, 4 hours a day.

You will need to be a highly motivated and enthusiastic person who enjoys going the extra mile for your customers, team and have a strong enthusiasm for the BMW brand.

We are one dealership, three locations; Chatswood, Mosman and Artarmon. This role will be based at Chatswood.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers to the Dealership
• Answering calls from customers
• Be the connection between the customer and the Dealership
• Manage and maintain the waiting area
• General sales and dealership administration
• Provide on-call emergency cover for the main reception team.

About you:

• Ideally experience in a Automotive Receptionist role but Reception experience from other industries will be considered.
• Excellent time management skills
• Willing to go the extra mile for the customer
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience working in a fast paced environment
