SalaryThe Bathroom Biz is an established bathroom renovation company, with two retail showrooms in Sumner Park and Brendale. We are currently looking for an experienced retail Sales Consultant to join our friendly Sumner Park team. The position is permanent Full Time (Part Time considered)
About The Role:
- 38 hours per week worked over 5 days (including most Saturdays)
- Mon-Fri 8.30am to 4.30pm and Sat 8.30am to 1.30pm
- No Sundays or late night trading
- Local, family owned business

Working as part of a small and dedicated team, you will be providing outstanding customer service in assisting our customers with their selections of bathroom, kitchen and laundry products.

Skills & Experience
- Proven working experience in retail sales
- Experience in the Bathroom ware industry preferred, although not essential
- Proficient computer & technology skills, MYOB experience preferred
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Expert professional customer service over the phone and in person
- Strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
- Ability to build good relationships with customers and tradespeople
- Attending to customer orders by processing quotes in an efficient and effective manner
- Supporting other team members as required
- Contributing to the overall presentation of the store, through merchandising, stock management and general housekeeping
