SalaryWorkfast are working on behalf of our client who are a well known global engineering business who specialise in the mining and civil sectors across Australasia.
We are looking to employ multiple Boilermakers for upcoming shutdowns across mining projects within the Bowen Basin.
What you get

- $67.50 per hour for day shift (increase during night shift)
- Uniform and PPE provided (if required)
- Bus will pick you up from camp and take you to and from the work site
- Shutdown runs until the 27th of March 2024.
About you
- Must be qualified trade qualified
- Up to date Coal Board Medical
- Up to date Standard 11
- Experience on working within mine sites
- Be a team player
- Have own tools
- Have reliable transport and be able to get yourself to the camp
- Must have a Confined Space Ticket (refreshed in the last 2 years)
- Must have a Gas Test Atmosphere Ticket (refreshed in the last 2 years)
- Must have a Working at Heights (refreshed in the last 2 years)
What you will be doing
- Boilermaker duties as per supervisors instructions
- Maintenance on Washeries and Draglines
- Working alongside other operatives such as fitters and riggers
- Assisting colleagues as per supervisors instructions
- Displaying great health and safety
