Shutdown Crane Supervisors

We are currently seeking proactive and customer-focused Shutdown Crane Supervisors to join our team in our Central Queensland operations. 

Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate safety requirements to all employees
• Ensure understanding of safety policies 
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Ensure contract and preferred hire arrangements for the customer are met
• Work alongside the Fleet Controller to ensure assets utilisation targets are met
• Providing supervision to the workforce by promoting high morale through recognition 

Role Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Crane Supervisor
• Hold a current High-Risk Licence with Rigging and or Crane operating
• Previous experience as a Supervisor within shutdown operations, mining construction and maintenance work
• Demonstrated ability to manage safety
• Demonstrated experience with managing customers
• High level interpersonal skills
