This role will provide HSE support for maintenance and shutdown works across the Pilbara.

You will be working for an end-to-end integrated heavy engineering, construction, and maintenance services company on shutdown works with the potential for future work to be on offer as they have a large portfolio of challenging and exciting projects.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Partner the delivery of HSE performance targets and objectives in the HSE Management Plan.
- Promote an organisational & HSE culture, where incidents and hazards are reported and where investigations involve line management to identify and correct the root causes.
- Site inspections and interactions with work groups across all scopes of work, using associated inspection tools to document findings.
- Provide advice and assistance to support Managers to ensure the effective implementation of the Operating Excellence HSE systems.
- Tertiary or certificate qualification in health, safety, environment or related field.
- Operational experience in the application of Health and Safety systems.
- Previous experience within an operating Major Hazard Facility (MHF) either within a maintenance or turnaround role.
- Competent in applying a method of investigation (Taproot, ICAM)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
- White Card
- Current Drivers License
- RIO/BHP/FMG current inductions (preferrable)
