The opportunity
We have a new opportunity for a SIAM Account Manager, a permanent full time role within the Service Integration team. This role serves as a single point of focus, developing effective stakeholder relationships with Agency and Division leaders in order to understand their business requirements and essentially acts as the conduit between the business and IS & SI to ensure that the services provided meet their needs. The role also facilitates constant communication between clients and TfNSW Infrastructure Services & SI through the coordination and chairing of various engagement forums and multi-team, multi-disciplinary and often multi-service provider forums.
Your role will include:
- Engage at Director or Senior Manager level at least fortnightly and operational level daily
- Advocate for TfNSW Infrastructure Services and Service Integration organisational unit Services to the business
- Understand and capture the business demand pipeline, immediate needs, desires and issues
- Identify Service improvement opportunities
- Stay aware of the business key initiatives and running project and manage perception and communication
- Pursue ownership of the business satisfaction including definition and clarification of success criteria
- Look for Service cost anomalies and initiate investigation and remediation
- Provide Service and cost efficiencies inputs to the business based on observations and collaboration
- Act as the escalation point for the business in regards to TfNSW Infrastructure Services and Service Integration organisational unit services and facilitate connection and communication

About you
You are will have;
- ITIL Certified
- Service Portfolio management and Service Delivery management experience
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and highly developed communications skills Capability to build training material using collaboration platforms
- Stakeholder management expertise and experience to navigate through government processes combined with strong leadership skills with the ability to drive performance in complex, politically and commercially sensitive environment Excellent stakeholder management skills and inter-personal skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and present research and data in a clear and concise manner to a range of key audience groups. Good documentation and process flow diagramming skills
- Must have conflict resolution abilities
- Experience of working in a multi-service provider environment
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines while balancing competing priorities.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is TfNSW Grade 9 ($142,178.00 - $159,238.00) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
