A dynamic Federal Government department is looking to engage an experienced Service Integration Lead to contribute to the departments future Service Integration and Management approach and lead all future approaches to market for these services. The successful Service Integration Lead will be offered an initial 12 month contract with the view to extend for further 2 x 12 months options.
Successful Service Integration Lead will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Defining, scoping and managing assigned outcomes
- Ensuring future people, process and technology requirements for SIAM are identified, documented and addressed
- Developing approach to market documentation for SIAM
- Undertaking research and investigation into modern ICT services, practices and delivery models
The successful Service Integration Lead will have experience in the following:
- Significant experience in implementing large scale Government ICT outsourcing arrangements
- Experience in requirements development, tender evaluation, contract negotiation and service implementation
- Experience with service management and enterprise operational tool sets
- Strong stakeholder management and change management skills
- The ability to lead work shops and technical discussions
