The role
Silks is a premium dining experience that offers a blend of traditional Cantonese and modern style cooking with a sophisticated flair that will give a fresh taste of traditional Chinese food.
We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Silks kitchen team for the following positions:
- Cook
- Commis Chef
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Cantonese and Asian cuisine cooking experience
- Maintaining high and consistent food standards.
You'll bring the following:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as a part of a team environment
- Self motivated and adaptable.
To be successful, you'll be able to:
- Relevant hospitality qualification in Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (desirable).
