The role
Silks is a premium dining experience that offers a blend of traditional Cantonese and modern style cooking with a sophisticated flair that will give a fresh taste of traditional Chinese food.
We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Silks kitchen team for the following positions:

• Cook
• Commis Chef

In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Cantonese and Asian cuisine cooking experience
• Maintaining high and consistent food standards.

About you
You'll bring the following:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team environment
• Self motivated and adaptable.

Additional Information
To be successful, you'll be able to:

• Relevant hospitality qualification in Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (desirable).

This role requires:
