Join our dynamic team as a Simulated Work Environment Trainer, reporting directly to the Apprentice Lead.
In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in nurturing the talents of participants enrolled in the prestigious WesTrac Apprenticeship Program. Your primary responsibilities include providing personalised coaching and fostering technical trade development, all while upholding WesTrac's Core Values.
Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service will shine through as you manage training logistics, handle administrative tasks such as journal completion and reporting, and ensure compliance with our L&D standards.
Location: WesTrac Institute, South Guildford
Roster: 5/2 8hrs
To be successful the following is required:
- Trade Qualification relevant to the role of either Automotive Electrician or Mobile Plant Mechanic or significant demonstrated industry equivalent with a relevant trade qualification.
- Assessor Skill Set or willingness to obtain this qualification.
- Experience working with Apprentices.
- Willingness to impart knowledge and support students to complete journals.
- Experience within the industry of servicing or operating equipment.
- Caterpillar equipment exposure and knowledge (advantageous).
