About the role
WorkPac are seeking Expressions of Interest for BIBO (Bus In Bus Out) Operators located in the Sydney, Newcastle, Mudgee, Hunter Valley and Mid North Coast region. We are seeking Single and MultiSkilled Operators with proven mining experience to join our production crew on a 7/7 or 4/6 roster at an Open Cut coal mine in the Gunnedah Basin.

Dump Truck Operators - $53.60 per hour (Earn up to $144K a year inclusive of hourly allowances)
Multiskilled Operators - $57.10 per hour (Earn up to $152K a year inclusive of hourly allowances)
Digger Operators - $57.10 per hour (Earn up to 164K a year inclusive of hourly allowances)

What you will be doing
You will be operating one or more of the following machines:
CAT 789, Hitachi EH3500, & EH5000 Dump Trucks
CAT 777D, 773E Watercarts
D10, D11, 475, Wheel Dozer 854 Dozers
16M & 24M Graders
CAT 992, KOM WA1200 Wheel Loaders
Hitachi EX3600, EX5600 & EX8000 ExcavatorsÂ
What you will need
12 months production mining experience operating Electric or Mechanical Haul Trucks
Verification of Competencies or signed skills list from a previous mine to validate previous operating experience Â
Australian Driver's Licence
Right to Work in Australia
Ability to undertake an NSW Order 43 Coal Board Medical

Hourly allowances paid additional to your rate:
Allowance 1 - $5 per hour paid weekly
Allowance 2 - $5 per hour paid quarterly
Superannuation paid on all rostered hours
