Plus, there’s equal employment, great training, and true flexible working arrangements.A bit about your roleThe role of the General Manager Network Technology Design & Implementation is to design, test and manage the end-to-end delivery of the Core and Systems Network Technology solutions, whilst working with partners driving the continuous improvement of the network.This is a senior people leadership role taking accountability for leading a team that will be one interface for key network partners, enabling an enterprise approach to delivering new network capability and driving continuous network improvements.A bit about youIf this role sounds like a good match for you, it’s likely that you hold significant experience in network engineering Design and Implementation within a complex and dynamic environment. Ideally, you’ll possess a broad and deep knowledge of network technologies, standards, and architectures across fixed and wireless domains, as well as IT systems and platforms that support network operations and delivery.You are experienced in formulating mid to long term strategic plans, roadmaps, and pipelines for Network Technology solutions with the talent to articulate complex technical concepts and business value propositions to various audiences. You are pragmatic in your approach, an enterprise thinker and are logical and rational in your assessment of a challenge and the potential solutions.You are an exceptional people leader with the ability to develop high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
