The role:
- Manage the human, financial and physical resources at the nominated Departmental sites in collaboration with the Regional Manager, including monitoring the quality and standard of work undertaken by both internal and external service providers.
- Participate in the development of external procurement, project and contract management for sites and associated infrastructure related issues, including a range of services such as scheduling and quality control of regular maintenance works.
- Ensure that nominated assets are maintained in accordance with all applicable Statutory and Legislative requirements.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure that nominated Departmental sites and associated infrastructure are maintained within the funding allocated and provide regular reports on performance against budgets.

Details of Appointment
Permanent, full time, day worker (with on call) position working 76 hours per fortnight/as and when required, commencing as soon as possible.

Salary: $104,756 to $118,730 per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
