Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing civil and drainage projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise civil and drainage projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and review project plans, specifications, and reports.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all project stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Civil Construction, with a focus on drainage projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proven experience in project management and site supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
