About the Role:
The role is a FIFO project with a dedicated back to back. The role will be required to support multiple trades on site and will report to the onsite project manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain comprehensive quality management systems to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.
- Coordinate with various teams, including design, construction, and project management, to ensure engineering requirements are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
- Lead problem-solving efforts on-site, offering technical expertise and innovative solutions to engineering challenges.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including ITPs, check sheets, methodologies, specifications and records.
- Drive continuous improvement in Site Engineering processes and quality management practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Site Engineering, with a focus on quality management.
- Good understanding of construction methods, reinforced concrete construction, and general civil works
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the Microsoft suite of programs
- Experience using Hexagon completions will be preferred
