THE WHAT:
This role will suit someone wanting progression and development. Initially shadowing a Construction Supervisor, you’ll be overseeing the construction of a high volume of townhouses (think 100+ a year). Working Monday to Friday, you’ll be based on projects around Ipswich and Logan, working closely with subbies and contractors to deliver quality product.
THE THINGS WE NEED:
Ideally, you’ll have worked for a house and land builder with at least 5 years of experience with townhouses. You’ll take pride in your work, and can maintain good working relationships with suppliers, trades, and colleagues. This person will come from a carpentry background and will have a current QBCC standard supervisor licence.
