The purpose of this position is to function as an experienced Delivery Lead, responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Enterprise Data Operations initiatives and projects. Ensuring that all deliveries are completed within agreed timeframes and in accordance with stakeholder requirements.
The role works with numerous internal stakeholders including Strategy and Marketing General Managers, Customer Marketing, Loyalty, Analytical Teams as well as colleagues in the IT Team and wider Crown Digital Team.
You will be able to self-manage and you must be able to familiarise yourself with Crown’s technical and digital infrastructure and lead delivery based on business needs in line with the strategic plan.
Key Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain sprint plans, project plans, budgets, resource allocation and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project and initiative progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact delivery.
- Work with other stakeholders to identify possible barriers and identify solutions with input from relevant stakeholders.
- Evaluate delivery performance and conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
- Ensure targets are met through the management of policies, procedures, and project plans to support business initiatives and deliverables.
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience as a project manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
- Proficient in project management tools and software (Jira)
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
