AddressCrewSELECT are supporting their client who is a leading commercial plumbing business dedicated to delivering high-quality plumbing solutions within the tier one space. As they continue to grow and expand their operations, we are seeking a driven and experienced Site Foreman to join their team.
Position Overview:
As the Site Foreman, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing daily operations of the commercial plumbing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising commercial plumbing teams activities on medium to large commercial construction projects.
- Responsible for the daily coordination of plumber’s activities on commercial construction projects.
- Maintaining a strong relationship with clients and responding to any client queries
- Setting out plumbing works onsite.
- Ensuring OH&S policies and procedures are being adhered to onsite.
- Material take-offs when required.
- Ordering materials.
- Reading plans.
Key notes:
- $60 + Penalties + Super + Vehicle + Fuel.
- Permanent full-time position.
- Project values average around $25-$35 million - Tier one construction projects.
- Key clients include Multiplex, Lend Lease, Built, and Laing O'Rouke.
- Jobs can be anywhere from Mandurah to Yanchep.
- Office is based in Jandakot.
About you:
- Proven experience working on commercial projects as a Site Plumbing Supervisor.
- Strong understanding of the plumbing industry.
- Good tenure at previous businesses.
- Great attitude and able to fit into the casual but hard-working culture.
- Mature and lead a stable life (No cowboys!).
- Process Driven.
- Well presented as they will be client facing.
